Training Movement through Repetition

Here, Flannery explains the basics of the two move crimp using DartFish. Video footage will improve as we get better at this whole video making process. DartFish is used both at the Denver Bouldering Club and Movement Climbing and Fitness. You can find Flannery at the DBC on Tuesdays and at Movement on Wednesdays. Enjoy!
